2017/18 Football Registration:

Registration for Fall 2017 is CLOSED. Registration deadline was August 3rd.

Registration for Spring 2018 will open in December for returning players (Spring is included in Fall fees).

New players registering for Spring 2018 will be able to do so in January 2018. For planning purposes, the spring football fee is approximately $100 with an additional $250 deposit required to use team equipment. We strive to have equipment for loan but depending on sizes that is not always the case. The deposit is voided or returned once the equipment is returned.

Please follow the steps below to complete the registration process. Fall 2017 fee due dates are located in the corresponding Player Registration Checklist below.

New players should always register as soon as possible to ensure equipment and uniforms will arrive in time for your player to be a full participant in practice. Helmets and Shoulder Pads are very long lead time items.

Step 1: Register On-line

Complete the online FBC Registration Form.

Step 2: Submit forms

Fill out and sign (as applicable) the following forms. Bring completed forms to the Fall Parents meeting on August 3rd.

FBC Registration Checklist: (Choose the correct form for your player)
          - Junior High Checklist
          - Returning Varsity Checklist, or
          - New Varsity Checklist

► HCYA Membership Form
► Indemnification/Medical Release Form
► Parent & Athlete Commitment. (3 pages)
► Pre-Participation Physical. (2 pages) A sports physical for the 2017/2018 school year is required.
► Copy of Player’s Birth Certificate, along with a current player picture. (New Players only)

Step 3: Make payment(s)

Complete payment of required fees according to the payment plan you chose from the corresponding registration checklist. If a payment deadline has passed please pay full amount due to date.
Junior High Player Fee - $500 (Player equipment & Uniforms must be returned)
► Returning Varsity Player Fee - $600
► New Varsity Player Fee - $1200 (Player owns all equipment and uniforms)

* Note: Required personal items such as cleats and mouthpieces are not included. Additionally, There are optional costs, such as travel, post game meals, and other player personal items (i.e. gloves, armpads, etc.), which are not included in the team fees. Additional examples can be found in the FAQ’s.
